I learned about my department so good I like roomattandent,ther is exlent supervisor s...and also job securiy very good I like somuch Radisson Blu hotel

Dislikes

There is no timings on housekeeping staff,less salary for housekeeping...and also they are given 18,to 20 rooms for daily...

I just like all the staffs they have a very good manner i have worked only 6 months but i have attended 3 staff party and all it is very nice company with a popular Brand Radisson blu is just awesome for me i really miss all those moments....

Dislikes

Nothing except for the salary is very less compare to other hotel which iam currently working

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Nothing, everything is good there .

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

Dislikes

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.

Really enjoyed working during my service.There is high opportunity for the freshers and whoever searching for position.I got like homely atmosphere.I should recommend this hotel highly.

Overall it's great .I think hotek management should consider the Salary system.
