Too much owners involvements in operations who are not from hotel background. People has been asked to leave without thinking anything. There is no single complain against me in my entire duration ( 4 and half years) and I have been asked to leave brutely and on top of that reason was also not shared with me. I believe that owners were poked by their sycophant. There is no Job security for anyone, too much politics, poor work environment, No work life balance.

No to much work presser. and salary never come on time always fight with management after that we got the salary after date of 20 .

TO much politics in the HK department. big problem is that there is not proper shift timing. it is according to the boss when they reached in hotel after that all GSA & SUPERVISOR work timing is start.And when they leave in the evening then shift can leave the hotel,

The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.

life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.

It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth. And That's enough for a Professional person
