The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.

Very bad management bad system bad time in terms of salary there is no restriction they leave very late leave from duty after seeing the atmosphere there I joined another property after seven months

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no timings on housekeeping staff,less salary for housekeeping...and also they are given 18,to 20 rooms for daily...

Radisson blu kaushambi is not opening till September. They are not giving salary for their employees in the pandemic. Many of the employees didn't get the full salary of march.

I don't dislike radisson blu kaushambi because it is my first company where I am working. But in the pandemic they have to support their staff financially.

Really enjoyed working during my service.There is high opportunity for the freshers and whoever searching for position.I got like homely atmosphere.I should recommend this hotel highly.

Overall it's great .I think hotek management should consider the Salary system.
