Nothing too much I have good experience with Radisson Blu Dwarka, but not in Ranchi

...xcellent but the few people who working they think they are doing every thing.
Becouse of that this year thos employee left the organisation the didn't get the bonus
One suggestion please resignation notice period time.
No Incentive Programmes for Unit Sale. Growth is slow. Salary package is less or probably lot of negotiation happens at unit level. Quantity is defined as primary than quality at unit
The property is very beautiful but the working environment and management system there, the food of the staff, the salary of the staff is the worst. After joining, no one cares whether he has found a locker or not found shoes or not, whether he is comfortable on duty or is he suffering from any problem, an If there are not many foreigners there, let them do it, otherwise let them leave the workd by doing extra there.
Very bad management bad system bad time in terms of salary there is no restriction they leave very late leave from duty after seeing the atmosphere there I joined another property after seven months
life is peaceful and good place. Salary on time. it's good when your home is near or in the same district because yo look both your job and your home very well. but don't expect the hike and growth when you are not good butter master. it's doesn't matter you performance is excellent or bad but 7% hike is your.
It is Easy to go From Metro to Remote city but it is very difficult to go from Dharamshala to metro city. And competitive brand( in Dharamshala) can't take you, it can cause difficulties in you career growth.
And That's enough for a Professional person
None as such but the fact we got to eat here, without anyone pin pointing at us. People were nice but some can be dicks and hit at you if you are a girl.
HR hated him, non supportive. Executive chef used to curse at us, had no patience. Pay was very less for the fact i worked for 10-11 hours. Offs were 4 only. Food was average in cafeteria, nothing to buy and eat.. girls lockers were meh. Nothing special. F&B production trolleys were shit, always used to struggle. Uniform were torn at times.
