1)Bad canteen facilities 2)leave only for count not taken single even in emergency. 3) No Technician all fitter type job can do engineer it self . 4) only intime is in your hand outtiming fix by reporting person . 5) 12hr without over time .

Except production target s,managers not involve u in any knowledgeable things,never teach SAP,Stock matching,safety related trainings which are important to ur career growth
