Sorry but i don't like anything in Radico Khaitan Ltd.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. No work culture and environment. Behaviour of managers are not good. Staff is not supporting. Too low career opportunities Unnecessary work load.

Salary was credited in account in time. Job security is there if one dedicates one's personal life to the company.

Dislikes

Favouritism for a particular caste. Poor working environment even for Engineers. Lack of proper schedule and one is asked to work even beyond working hours.
