Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Teammates are good and friendly, training is like a half day, job security average, career growth not within a year, salary is fixed no increment, don't have travel & politics, basic work no learning, work environment is average, no innovation, work life balance is average.

Not very disappointing but salary is very low not up to date in current market. No PF, no salary slips. If you did not gives promotions AT least there must be salary increment. But in person every employee or colleague I met are very helpful and friendly like TL, AM, Manager, HR all are Good and nice people.

Salary not come at given date, even hold the salary for 2 to 3 months only reason is we have not fund. They deduct salary without informing employees. The account section is very poor, the hole management is let down the employees. I was work with this company still they not provide me the salary, ghumate rahe ghumate rahe take him approval take this gye approval but today is 4 month complete not transfer my salary. Overall bed expriance with this company.

As per my experience nobody want's to work here again and I'm also don't like this company. This company like a cheapest company in the world as per my opinion i hate work to here

This company not providing experience letter, offer letter and salary at the time, and also employee has makes complaint in police against company salary issue and behavior, Hr management is disgusting (nishu and Rehman)
