...t of favorism and priority is given to guys who praise the Management and leads. Had to nag around Management for salary hikes and appraisals. There isn't any particular process they follow. Leads are kind of screwed up too. Treats employees as labor. Job threats, no work satisfaction.

Company is good and people are good supportive

Dislikes

Sudden lay offs / Removal with out proper notice period. How about the people who are depending on this job how to support their families how will they survive? now its school and colleges are opened how will they pay the fees for their children education. Apart from that when they want to reduce the staff on account of Layoffs / Removal they should not hire the people who left from other companies and joined hoping for long term with good salary. I think management needs to give a thought about it .

Everything is quite good but they won't appreciate the candidate by offering benefits or increment. This the big draw back from the Company side all over the company is good for learning and improving skills.

As above the draw back is they never appreciate the employee

For freshers they provide lot of time to learn about the position and helps with the learning process

There are some seniority in the work space... Managers are fine but senior employee are not that much helpful
