Job training is not given to new joiners. Salary is decent and no career growth. There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Completely standing work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

After one year of working and sharing my experience, I love working together with my onshore and offshore teams; great culture, great co-workers, outstanding leadership, no workload, and easy-going colleagues. Your senior will support you a lot. They will guide you from time to time—a lot of learning. The company is growing very fast. Multiple openings are there. I recommend you join it—there are many growth opportunities in Radiant.

Management is not such good but the company is very nice for learning but poor in compuldation and facelities

Compulsation and facelities are very poor its not sufficient to that work have to work untill target completed no leaves when work pending even they doesn't provide OT for extra hours
