The school is CBSE pattern school, open to innovative ways of teaching and learning. Parents suggestions and teachers inputs are welcomed by the management for the development of school. It's a great experience working in a school where we are free to adopt new ways for learning. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from different backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

I just think there should be job security,career growth and appraisal should be given to employees.
