...ies. They only harrash employee to live the jobs after their motive get satisfy. They believe to give poor salary and best performance from employee. For fresger it is good in the beginiing for a year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salarv hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job traning is not given to new joines.

I don't seem anything good in that because directly or indirectly every employee has issues with the company

There working hours i.e., 12 hrs a day, they don't provide any salary slip or offer letters during the time of joining. They don't have a particular day for the pay and i received my due salary nearly after two months even after arguing with there Hrs on daily basis

Mostly in this setuation job secure & not any extra discussion for salary. Good supporting all site incharge to resolve your problem & give advice to resolve problems. I feel it's good culture to work with them.

I got a lot exposure in minimum time. Directly reporting to highly experienced employees, also got appraisal and good salary increament according to my performance, got GET training for a month before starting job which helped me to learn new things faster. It was a good experience. I am happy that first company in my career was radiant hitech.
