I enjoyed my work because I loved it but not the company. My Manager was so understanding and she has given me an opportunity to showcase my skills and decisions under her supervision.

Dislikes

...s switching towards automation(i.e., all data is recorded in an ERP system now). The company also bought policy where an employee's half salary will be deduction every month. I myself have lost around half lakhs (deducted) i.e., given to company. Also, I have paid money to company to get my service letter though I have got No due certificate 20 days back because management needed money to give service certificate to recover loss(only to benefit). Instead I have worked late nights to complete my works very honestly in my full span. No job security because no support provided to employees in COVID, instead removed many employees. No connection between HR and Admin i.e., all HR activities also being carried by Admin. Director is not responsive to small employees. If anyone wants only work but no full salary then this is the best place to join. No employee friendly organization. Work culture should be improved in such a way that instead of working for long hours, should work as per allocated duration to increase work efficiency to protect Employees health and personal life. No health insurance for the organization's valuable assets i.e., Employees.

... but poor work culture. Team mates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are poor, no appraisals and poor salary hike. Work culture is not upto the mark. Daily employees have to overtime.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics inside company. Salary is neither decent nor good hike. Official training will not be provided for newbies. Everything should be learnt on job. No insurance such policies for employee health.

Likes

Top management are involving actively and caring to employees. Very good technology campus and giving good exposure.

Dislikes

Manager play games and complaining directly to owners - too much pressure for simple mistake.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
