I enjoyed my work because I loved it but not the company. My Manager was so understanding and she has given me an opportunity to showcase my skills and decisions under her supervision.

Dislikes

The procedures being used in the organisation are outdated currently. Still lot of paper work followed here on the other side whole world is switching towards automation(i.e., all data is recorded in an ERP system now). The company also bought policy where an employee's half salary will be deduction every month. I myself have lost around half lakhs (deducted) i.e., given to company. Also, I have paid money to company to get my service letter though I have got No due certificate 20 days back because management needed money to give service certificate to recover loss(only to benefit). Instead I have worked late nights to complete my works very honestly in my full span. No job security because no support provided to employees in COVID, instead removed many employees. No connection between HR and Admin i.e., all HR activities also being carried by Admin. Director is not responsive to small employees. If anyone wants only work but no full salary then this is the best place to join. No employee friendly organization. Work culture should be improved in such a way that instead of working for long hours, should work as per allocated duration to increase work efficiency to protect Employees health and personal life. Work Details

My work life at this organization was very bad because I never find any time i.e., personal life has vanished from the day I joined. On Saturdays also everyone works as if it is Monday.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
