1. Favoritism towards ome of the employees. 2. Promotions and high increments reserved to certain individuals only irrespective of their average performance. 3. No strategy for development of RE projects. 4. Too much of interference from Parent Co. 5. Struggling to raise funds and consequently not doing any projects.
