... Management is completely uneducated and use abusive language to staff and crew. Very strict timing even if you have covid or family member are suffering no sympathy they will cut your pay and overload you with work. Company policies don't care about the staff. They run the plant for 12hours without paying overtime

Everything Management is not supportive you won't learn anything there.

Please do not attend the interviews either. They recruit people and make you feel like you are nothing with your experience and education. There are few people they know everything about food industry without any degrees like an accountant knows more than a experienced candidate. If you are in good job please don't leave the job or the place you live in. Such a horrible experience with this company. I am sure they never let this company grow.
