..., and it was the worst decision of my life. I was stressed with no job security. He only takes investor money for his salary and makes a fool of freshers career who has never worked anywhere and makes a fool of a few Asian clients. I was finally forced to quit for my mental health. I would never recommend anyone for any developer, sales, or insights role.

`Terrible terrible company to work for unless you are looking for - 1. Good work life balance because you can literally influence the founders with your time allocation on tasks and management 2. Are okay with 5-7% raise - recently they have introduced a new rule of not giving raise more than 10% which is bizarre because they are already underpaying their employees 3. Lesser leaves, no work culture, stupid office location, silent floor, and many more 4. One of the biggest factors is that the management is bulls*it and stup*d. They do not have vision about the future. The CEO is just running his life. If I am not wrong, he withdraws 5 Lakhs every month. Someone saw the sheet or an update on his phone or laptop screen. He is just on the lookout to sell this company to someone and become rich (like the way he says to everyone who asks him for appraisal -during giving worthless stocks). He is old and will mostly sell off his business (100%) 5. Another co-founder who is only talking but never proves anything. She manages a team in another country and the team has reduced to half in the last 1 year. Hence, the management :)
