It's an organisation, who gives you freedom to work and perform if u have Calibre. The management is humane in nature and I m satisfied working here for last around 18 months. The unnecessary interference is less here and in my senior position, good to work here with complete authority and satisfaction.

Racold Work cuture was very good as far as i was worked till the time. I was very happy that i was luck to have very good Bosses in my career. Learn a lot and had a wonderful career growth in my tenure.

No such dislikes. But need to be improve in 1, Training Skills, 2 Family Picnics budgets & Monthly and quartery incetivises for Sales Team.
