Overall organisation is very good in terms of Salary and work-life balance and culture wise.

Learning opportunities are very limited specially in SOA team, work is monotonous that needs to be improved also management is not up to the mark

...HR and Admin in Gurgaon office are from Tricore. Managers are extremely biased. Moreover they are terrible pay master. No career growth.

management will make u feel like u r working in a shop, micro management, unnecesary threatening of losing job, no appraisals, top level people have no knowledge of the work they handle, employees are not supported during their tough times. and referals are only happening for management's knowns and relatives. they dont consider anyone else

Still there are co workers who care to be a good human being.

I have joined Rackspace will less salary than I had a offer only because of Racker culture which is intentionally destroyed by recent leadership and within 1 year the whole company changed to a toxic work culture.
