Company is employee oriented. You will recieve multiple gifts and bonus from company. Quarterly team outing budgets. Manager and team members are very cooperative and helpful. Work is more buy overall you get to learn a lot.

management will make u feel like u r working in a shop, micro management, unnecesary threatening of losing job, no appraisals, top level people have no knowledge of the work they handle, employees are not supported during their tough times. and referals are only happening for management's knowns and relatives. they dont consider anyone else

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
