Overcall company culture is very good. All colleagues including senior management and the CEO G.K. Raju sir himself is very supportive and always encourage to learn more. ...cially after second lockdown in rush of new assignments coming in is phenomenal. The culture is employee friendly and during tough days lockdown no pay cuts and salary was on time. The management is helpful and understanding. The hard work done by everyone is reflected into good hikes and moral of employees is boosted. The attrition rate is really low and good company to stay with for long term for peace of mind and work life balance if you are wise and sincere.
