... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

...anies out there, R1 work place is good but people ( higher level ) are not good. Now a days R1 is not offering good package too.

Too much work pressure No work life balance, only work here. They see you as money generating Machine

Just like other blood sucking company R1 has also lower their standard.Now they work like BPO whose HR will behave like cute culprits and make you join them on lowest package they can offer then will put you in different type of work process where you don't have any prior experiences but they will tell you to learn just for your job sake or salary

They have a best software called Prohance where either you finish your work in few hours but they will make you sit for whole 9 asking for to complete 9 hour and 7 hour PTOSs, also alot time acquire for traveling. Your 9 hours will feel you like 13 or 14.

R1RCM Is good company but because of some people it's going down only.

They promised to give me good salary after joining they are saying it's final and it will be the same we are not going to rectify your salary. No one supported me and HR are also same they not even listening the problems of associates. They are just refering you to another. No support worst experience.

I think R1rcm is the best company to start a career and boost skills. Company culture and values define you and your future too. I have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence working here. and also got promoted within 3 years.

One can get less pay as per standard, however, it depends on his/her skills too.
