As I'm working on off role, I did personally didn't like the how an off role employees tried in this organization. There is no equal treat given to off role compared to on role employee.

Dislikes

Salary Hike are not provided for the employee even working for 1+ years. 50K insurance is provided that to only for the Candidate not even for dependents.

R1 is surely a great place to work with job security. I did find good work life balance over there and enjoyed working 3 years for them. Got a chance to work upon different new projects that have cerytainly boost my skillset.

Dislikes

I feel compensation was not as per the market standard which is why i make up mind to look out for opportunities outside R1 else switching job from R1 was never into my plan.

...ortive, Management is transparent. It has huge cafeteria and space for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are excellent and they provide good salary hike.

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

Balanced work and personal life, Management is too supportive and understand the limitations and challenges of every employee and work towards the improvement areas

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).
