Nothing is good Very bad company.Work Pressure and Manager do Work From Home and told employees to work from Office

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you

...anies out there, R1 work place is good but people ( higher level ) are not good. Now a days R1 is not offering good package too.

Too much work pressure No work life balance, only work here. They see you as money generating Machine

My manager Mir Mujtaba Ali. he was like always pressurising, taunting, and he always did partiality between the associates who work under him not religion partiality, partiality like he used to send whatever accounts people are asking him about everyday, but not to us, even by knowing that we are also working under him, how can he do the partiality... I left the company just because of him, and no proper support was given.. that's all.

1. Fresher's salary is about 14k and targets is same as senior employee. 2. Only focusing to get targets, they do not care about employees skill or knowledge, only want you to meet targets whether you do in wrong way or not. 3. In my case TL to manager no one was supportive, told many times that we are not getting enough tools training, even requested HR to either change our process or give us time to understand claims, we all got fired from job all means 4 employee from same group.

Just like other blood sucking company R1 has also lower their standard.Now they work like BPO whose HR will behave like cute culprits and make you join them on lowest package they can offer then will put you in different type of work process where you don't have any prior experiences but they will tell you to learn just for your job sake or salary

Dislikes

They have a best software called Prohance where either you finish your work in few hours but they will make you sit for whole 9 asking for to complete 9 hour and 7 hour PTOSs, also alot time acquire for traveling. Your 9 hours will feel you like 13 or 14.
