Just like other blood sucking company R1 has also lower their standard.Now they work like BPO whose HR will behave like cute culprits and make you join them on lowest package they can offer then will put you in different type of work process where you don't have any prior experiences but they will tell you to learn just for your job sake or salary

Dislikes

They have a best software called Prohance where either you finish your work in few hours but they will make you sit for whole 9 asking for to complete 9 hour and 7 hour PTOSs, also alot time acquire for traveling. Your 9 hours will feel you like 13 or 14.

R1 as organization is an amzing workplace. But the management is not at all upto the mark. They don't know at all how to manage things. You cannot work on jugaad when you are professional. And the management totally works on jugaad.

...but there is no resolution if you have problem with the immediate supervisor. I got my salary delayed thrice because of management carelessness.

The process are settled and client is in good terms with R1 management, so you won't see much escalation coming from client or offshore team. hence will leads to Happy working environment.

... on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit
