The compensation and benefit is the only thing I ever liked abt this company. The things which creates problem here is your supervisor ( middle management) there is lot of favorism there which makes other feel low..

Good for Mid level but Fresher may be suffer.

...the target then under mentorship the company terminate you without any notice. Low salary for freshers, and degree doesn't mean, they give the same salary if you are Graduate or you are Master's etc.

Worst company to work with. No defined work parameters if you raise your voice they will issue you a PIP and torture you mentally

Worst culture, no work parameters defined, no job security. If they get candidate who can work for lesser salary they will torture you mentally to leave the job
