Just like other blood sucking company R1 has also lower their standard.Now they work like BPO whose HR will behave like cute culprits and make you join them on lowest package they can offer then will put you in different type of work process where you don't have any prior experiences but they will tell you to learn just for your job sake or salary

They have a best software called Prohance where either you finish your work in few hours but they will make you sit for whole 9 asking for to complete 9 hour and 7 hour PTOSs, also alot time acquire for traveling. Your 9 hours will feel you like 13 or 14.

Nothing much except the few colleagues

Dislikes

Management is biased . No standardisation on the compensation .for the same profile there could be a variance of 10 lacs in the salary. Frequent change in the Leadership. Ambiguity on the future or a business growth.

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Nothing is good Very bad company.Work Pressure and Manager do Work From Home and told employees to work from Office

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you
