No job security The manager Narendra Verma is a very bad person He is used to insulting resources, do partiality among team members and denies leaves whenever asked for Really pathetic So many resources left company because of Mr Verma but the HR & Management don’t take any cognisance

They have no sick leave policy so they deducted earned leaves including Saturday and Sunday and also deducted salary for these days considering these as unplanned leaves. When other companies have provision of crediting 7-10 leaves for those employees who were tested positive. And not only that .they cancelled all of the other leaves for those covid positive employees after they resumed office which were planned months ago. And on top of everything nobody from office or management called and checked about the health of these employees unless they wanted to check the date they are coming back to work. Such a pathetic culture.

No work life balance A pathetic leave policy Micromanagement Bad behaviour of management They will never ask for their feedback They treat employees like a labours You will often get confused weather you are going to work or big boss house So much politics and so much drama on little things Don't try to hurt their ego or just be ready for the personal grudges and pokes on everything which will make your life hell

Work life balance is ok. Company is good for old people who are VP and AVP level

Appraisal are 5% only no matter how you are good enough in your work. If getting promotion, your Designation will change only No extra salary hike. No skills upgrade No Training for anything No certification No leave granted with any medical emergency No leave encashment policy Work culture is not so good... management level person are not cooperative, they just behave like malik and servant. No party from office and team gathering

I have to internally switch to multiple project all different domain, on the current project I am working for more than 4 years. But all project and work give me good experience and allowed me learn intresting thing.

Dislikes

Negotiate for salary while joining later they don't consider you are good or bad they give you pre-decided hike almost similar for all employees. You can say they don't discriminate when it comes to giving hike.
