1. On time salary 2. No office politics 3. 5-6 hrs class no office sitting 4. Well developed study materials 5. 1 week off 6. Owners are teachers too, so understand the classroom trouble unlike other non-teaching management.

Dislikes

1. Randomness/Unpredictable nature of the organization 2. Week off is not fixed, can be any day of the week. 3. Class schedule is not fixed, not even for a week. Daily schedule changes and faculties get informed 1-2 hrs before the class timing on that particular day (eg. if you have class at 1pm on a particular day, you'll get informed by 11 am likely) It is same for week offs, which leads the day almost wasted, as you could've planned the day better. 4. No lunch break. 5-6 hrs continues class no break between the classes, which got no lunch break, whereas initially day sponsored lunch for few days saying it's a family and all. 5. Water dispenser doesn't work. She will ask you to get water bottle from her but always asking directly is a pain as she will be in class too - better carry your own water. 6. Institute space is not adequate. 7. Trouble with leaves, won't get leaves as you desire until or unless you're hospitalized and extremely not possible to take class. 8. Need pin drop silence in classroom, faculty's job is only to teach and clear doubts. You can't show your humor in class or any other situations in classroom. 9. Little negative ambience not a very charming or exciting or happy - happy one. 10. No DTP/helper - type your own question paper. 11. Can call you anytime in the day or irrespective of the timing, that may be 8am or 11pm and you have to address it. 12. One teacher policy.
