No job description even after insisting upon the same 4. Unrealistic demands on timelines and pathetic resource allocation 5. No training to freshers leading to working with clueless subordinates who have no idea how to execute a simple task 6. Avenue for innovation nearly nil as we are always preoccupied with unplanned activities 7. Freedom of speech is next to nothing even during meetings.
