...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like so many things about working at RR construction.such as, their employees are very good behaviour, payments are payed timely.I learn so many things to how are working in construction companies.

Dislikes

I dislikes only two things about working at RR construction. such as,(1) both staffs and employees and labour are two things to work in company but they are leaving in different places and their combination are not match. (2) New staffs should also be respect them and not insult them.

Very good company and working planning and work is totally different in other companies police and culture and all staff bhiovur and working theory very nice
