AAREL group is leading Manufacturing group of alloy and carbon steel. As a fresher I am learning lot of things here. My colleague come from various state of india. And we work together happily mood. Anyone if they find the opportunity to work with AAREL group. Then they can join this group without any negativity.

Management policy is not too good. Because there is different kind of man and different thinking. They want to work hard from the employee but no any negotiation with employees like increment policy, safety policy and another one is way of talking.
