Here I give you the real picture of RKFS company. Totally LAALA Company do not spoil your carrier to join this company. As I talked about working life. they don't know how to grow their business and which path to follow. The most worst part of the company is company's top management SO called VICE PRESIDENT. She don't know the value of work ethics culture. they treat you like home servant in your company. Absuive nature. In my tenure only 2 months 6 to 8 peoples left just because of top management worst decision policy making. DON"T SPOIL YOUR FUTURE - SERIOUSELY TAKE IT ON A VERY SERIOUS NOTE. In the company no HR PROCESS.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
