the staff is very cooperative and the management even dont cut the salary during the covid times. job security is good in this company and even the owner of the company Shyam Jethwani is very decent person.

Training is not provided properly to joinees. Rest everything is good in this company.

...ion to it South Indians are dragging it more down. 3) Favourism is at its peak. 4) Forget getting promoted but salary also you have to asked 10 times. 5) Unprofessional way of working internally externally both ways. 6) What even production manager is doing no one knows including him. No leadership skills, capabilities. Always find someone to blame on for his own doings.

Dislikes

you don't have job then join this company. Forget about making it as a career, due to lack of unproductive approach, subordinates and superiors it's hard to make your mark. So many consultants are involved who are draing company's funds.

Likes

The management is open to changes and all opinions are considered. The work life balance is excellent and the attrition rate is quite low. Working with people from different parts of country is a good experience.

Dislikes

The company really have space constraints. Training requirements are not meeting properly.
