The company is very good, it takes care of all the staff, brings the best new technology, software for them, gives them all the things that an Engineer needs.

almost all the work is very good, but in some cases there is very poor performance like staff salary.

Didn't get Increment and bonus from last 2-3 Years. Working hrs more. No working time limit. No allowance for travel and Insurance. No allowance for family. No allowance for holiday.

I am responsible for all NH projects ongoing in the state of Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. Almost 500 workers are working on all projects. My responsibility includes progress review with key personnel of each site, meeting with clients, Client billing, get the approval on Change of scope and time extension if any. Follow up with Designer and review of drawings and providing necessary inputs in designing.

Dislikes

Its more to traveling job which does not favour me. Compensation is good and I get the regards from all Levels and me Reporting to director of the company.

Worst company. Don't try to even approach for this company. The give hopes for increment but the won't increase a penny. Due to fraud managers in the company MD of the company make suffer every employee on that particular site.
