Joined as a Chartered Accountant in the company which does not have any system or process in Accounts, rather they do manual work while filing GST or TDS return. Very bag behavior of GM Finance and he started questioning about your level of understanding and grip over all aspect from day 1. So job security and overall learning is very bad. I would suggest all CAs and other commerce field professionals to not be the part of this Department.

Nothing.everytime the unavailability of stock and not achieved the target.we gave orders of rs.250000/- then they have only stock of 50000/-.And also they provided maximum discount for online platform for cheating retailers.Apart from that they are looting money from customer as advance payment and they invoiced only one third of the order because of stock unavailability.R for robbery actually I am saying.

No response from any department.no quality products.always missing spares when they are delivered.damaged products.no benefits.no incentive.no organisational structure.1 month for delivering material.no proper communication with co workers.
