...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

They don't give you salary or increment on time as they had promised on joining. They don't give any Identity to be used out of the company like i-card. They do fake signatures of employees without even let them know. They didn't gave salary in lockdown situation. They forced workers to do 12 hrs duty compulsory even in lockdown and who don't accept that they forced them to leave the company residential immediately. There isn't any safety for anyone in company. The higher management is very narrow minded and only concerned about their money.
