Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I would have given zero in each segment if there is any option. You will get exhausted with illiterate owner and management. You will not get any support from management. You will be blamed for others fault Worst work life balance (almost 15 hrs you have to dedicate) , Nil learning and zero job security. I will highly recommend to stay away from this company. If you are a flatter you will grow in the company.

I love The fact that i am a part of a team that High-Quality Work And has Indian Client. Another Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, i have to work 14 - 18 hours straight in a dayas i have attand client.
