It is a good company to work and the environment is nice and credited a salary on time.

Dislikes

We need to work rotational shifts and not fixed salary, pick up facility only for night shift and drop facility only for second shift. Not growing our salary and very less hike and promotions.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year 6 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I hate my operational accounts manager because of his bad behaviour. L1 employee comments will not be consider at all. L1 & L2 employee problem will not be considered by Relationship manager. They will support team managers only.

Flexibility, constant interaction with higher level management and issues of the employees are address at 1st place, insights of an employee are considered and implemented ,Great environments to work with. Employees are 1st

Dislikes

Promotion , Salary hike as per the role and job done are not provided, this will discourage the work of an employee, if this is sorted this is the nice place to work, And to be open priority should be for all employees and there should not be any favouritism this should be avoided
