Most positive thing in the organisation, Directors of the company they listen employees always, and very helpful in nature I always received positive response from them.

Dislikes

My overall experience was good. Just need to workout in communication skills between employees.

I don't like the management behaviour and employee who are working more than one year with this organisation It's difficult to adjust for new person to retain and old employee does not support to new employee

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
