Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

No any management and no any educational satandard, lack of each facility, even students do not have drinking water facility. Our actual payment is say 50k , then you have to give them 25k back by cash . That means your actual payment is half than your on record document.

The owner are having huge bank loan...playing with the education ... Students and their parents are advised not to take admission in any department..the college can shut down at any time
