There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing...but only nursing staff are good in behavior.

Dislikes

Poor Management, illiterate peoples in management ,very old hospital bt less patients , very low growth , dirty politics etc lots of more actually it's zero rating hospital. In house no Doctor no administration.

The constant harrassment from the management . The management s Moto is to nothing but exploit staff and most of the times includes emotional blackmail and manhandling . You definitely deserve better job than the peanuts they pay

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
