... you won't be able to get a desired role in the company I.E Promotion is a myth. Cost Cutting at every Corner of the company but still you are handed the salary of a peasant.

Unprofessional behaviour Top management - Family No universal rules applicable ,they have their own rules No work life balance Has to work beyond office hours If you are a surveyor, you are on work mode for 24hours ,frequent travelling No reimbursement on time

Best thing I love in this company is that you can get learning environment with less work pressure....moreover, you can balance your personal life with professional life.....Working environment is so friendly that no one can feel any kind of hesitation in asking questions related to work or other queries.Wheather you are a new employee or experience one, there is no boundations for being a part of big valuation projects.

As this firm gives you new opportunity in valuation but gives less salary . But at your starting career in valuation anyone should focus more on learning.

No increement in salary as well as working pressure increased, director not behave fine with us language, talking very cruel after that we have done our work maintain daily sales paper, profit &loss paper in excelsheet.
