I like discipline, and R.E. D is working on the holistic growth of a child. R. E. D always works on the moral values and skills of a student. It is vision is clear that it provides different types of facilities for a student like activities period, dance and art period, club period for languages, sports period, and well-educated staff to teach the students. And one main point is that it is providing an aim in their life and how to work on it and how to get it. In last, it is providing a better atmosphere for the students.

Colleges are cooperative but the work culture is so hectic that within two months of my working I have seen more than 10 teachers resign and new teachers being appointed. The work is hectic and unrentless plus the extra paper work is enough to druve anyone crazy.

Dislikes

Work load is excessive. That teachers are leaving their good salaries for a beeter working environment.
