Good work environment and culture. Company policies are really very good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year. And all the employees who are working us are very supporting and the management is transparent.

no compensation, work pressure is very high, behaviors is also very poor with employees, hr department pressurized to employee for working. employer is cheap mentality. they don't get any leave like el, sl other any leave if any employee getting such leave they deducting his/her salary from that particular days if any. no pf and esic facility. management can't co-prate with employees. management treated like employee is pressure cooker.
