Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...their own a single Tractor and trolley and depending on hired basis machinery. Salary will not issue regularly. Poor fooding and accommodation Staff have to take breakfast and lunch on roadside that also not proper timing. No proper duty hours and weekly holiday. Management peoples Beating staff labours to show their botheration. No any actual work methodology is there. Tender work orders will getting by making Joint venture with good capital Company.

Dislikes

Everything is Disliked, new Employees don't go to the for job work for better career.
