Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

R-Angle Innovations Pvt Ltd offers a very supportive environment. Every young designer needs this kind of encouraging atmosphere. Design is a subjective science, and no design is ever wrong or right. But it still needs to be practical in implementation. I was young and full of ambitious ideas, but I was never corrected harshly by my boss. In fact, I would always get a patient hearing and suggestions would be offered to improve on the design or product functionality with grace.

Dislikes

I'm sure there may be a few things I don't like here, but there is no such thing as a perfect workplace, and the fact that I feel happy with this job tells that the benefits I get here are far more important than the little things I don't like.
