Teammates are to friendly with all employees even company Director is also nice person & my whole experience was good with working on this organization had learn much thinks & developed my skills on working period.

If you can't able to show your strength & ability then no one will longer part of this management ever steps are challenging in this organization with some unique ideas.

The start up environment and the excitement of building something from nothing.

Dislikes

While the startup environment helped me learn a few things, the people running the company had no idea or direction as to how it should be done. Say goodbye to personal life if you want to work here. I worked from 10am to 9pm. If the CEO saw anyone leave at 7:30 or 8pm, he would ask why are people going home early. I was promoted after 2 months of working here and asked to leave 3 months later because they could not afford me. Right after the HR told me to leave, the CEO asked me to stay back for 2 months with a 35% paycut and then they will review. I quit as I did not see any future in such a hostile environment. After 2 months there was nobody left in the marketing team. My manager faced the same scenario as me and the Marketing director left due to difference in opinion with the CEO.
