RxMen formally Qurex is a men health based started that is a good thing they are prioritizing mens health

I started working in RxMen (formally Qurex) in April, 2024. As I was excited about the same, I wasn't prepared what was going to happen. the 5 months from April - September was a nightmare for me. My super boss named SM tortured me, affected my mentally, and I used to have sleepless nights due to the same, I used to get anxiety attacks, her micromanaging was taking a toll on me, She was filthy rich and that's why she started Qurex, but didn't have that bandwidth how to speak, how to treat people, she was mean, for her own benefit she just used to sugercoat me, and when I was in need she backed off. Ultimately she affected my Mental peace, and her cofounder AS, He comes from healthcare background, but doesn't know how to speak to the employees, anytime he would call me "Panoti" and stuff, that actually made me think whats this. I truly regret working here and wish the founder gets some insights how to treat employees, or probably how to be kind enough.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this.
