Finance team is one of the worst! Its a school culture! There is no work life balance. Lot of favouritism for few and mental torture for others. Although they have hired Lot of senior folks in the finance team, although no one is really capable to get things in order. Finance function is completely messed up in the company.

Smooth onboarding process Fast paced collaborative work environment. Everyones input is valued. Leadership team is approachable, flat hierarchy. Good WLB, no micromanagement. Hybrid work setup, Flexible work timings, free good, gym memberships, etc.

1. The team has achieved some really great clearances, though it is a comparitively new company in this field of medical devices 2. The exposure to regulatory and clinical industry is great, unlike larger companies where the work was very much siloed 3. Work life balance is possible
