Finance team is one of the worst! Its a school culture! There is no work life balance. Lot of favouritism for few and mental torture for others. Although they have hired Lot of senior folks in the finance team, although no one is really capable to get things in order. Finance function is completely messed up in the company.

1. The team has achieved some really great clearances, though it is a comparitively new company in this field of medical devices 2. The exposure to regulatory and clinical industry is great, unlike larger companies where the work was very much siloed 3. Work life balance is possible

Company has gone into a dictatorship of a leader and her outstanding way of victimising herself. All good founding Members have left organisation. CEO is clouded by only 2 people. Have got out of its employee friendly culture.
